Family law is personal, and I chose this work because it gives me the opportunity to support
people during times of major life transition. When you are navigating divorce, custody
concerns, or other sensitive family issues, you deserve more than legal steps—you deserve
steady guidance, clear communication, and a team that treats you with respect at every turn.

Growing up with divorced parents gave me a firsthand understanding of how emotionally
complex family legal matters can be. It showed me how much it matters to feel heard, to know
what comes next, and to have someone in your corner who leads with both compassion and
professionalism. That experience continues to shape how I show up for clients at Modern Legal:
I listen closely, I communicate clearly, and I focus on helping you feel informed and empowered
as decisions are made.

I’m also passionate about community engagement and expanding access to legal education.
Whether it is helping connect people with reliable information, coming in for a consultation
with one of our attorneys,  or supporting community outreach efforts, I believe the more we
understand, the more confidently we can move forward. My goal is to help individuals and
families feel supported, respected, and capable—so they can take their next steps forward with
confidence and clarity.
