Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, Eboni Thompson made North Carolina her home while attending North Carolina A&T State University. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law, beginning a legal career centered on advocacy, litigation, and public service.

Eboni brings extensive courtroom experience to her family law practice. She began her legal career as a criminal prosecutor, where she developed strong trial and litigation skills while handling complex and often high-stakes matters. She later transitioned to county government as an Assistant County Attorney, where she gained significant experience in child welfare law, representing matters involving child abuse, neglect, and dependency. Through this work, Eboni witnessed firsthand the profound impact that legal advocacy can have on the lives of children and families, deepening her commitment to helping individuals navigate challenging family-related legal issues.

Today, Eboni is dedicated to guiding clients through some of life’s most difficult transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose. She understands that family law matters often involve deeply personal decisions, heightened emotions, and uncertainty about the future. Drawing on her extensive litigation experience and commitment to service, she provides thoughtful counsel, strategic advocacy, and unwavering support throughout every stage of the legal process.
